The metal fins are precisely wound around the outer wall of the base tube.
A high-energy-density laser beam (with a diameter of only 0.2–0.6 mm) is emitted using a fiber laser.
The root of the fin and the base tube surface are instantly melted, forming a continuous and extremely narrow metallurgical weld under argon gas protection.
The entire process is controlled by a numerical control system to ensure a positioning accuracy of **±0.1mm**.
