Established in 2018, our company specializes in the production of radiators and surface coolers of various specifications and models. With advances in science and technology, we have independently developed stainless steel laser-welded finned tubes.

As the welding process of these finned tubes is fully automated and mechanized, the fins and base tubes are fusion-welded using laser technology with a penetration depth of more than 0.2mm, resulting in a significantly improved heat transfer coefficient.

The products boast higher technological content and quality than traditional high-frequency welded finned tubes, serving as an upgraded alternative to high-frequency welding, with a welding rate reaching 100%.

They are suitable for operating conditions involving frequent thermal and cold alternation. With a fin spacing of ≤1.8mm, the heat dissipation area is over 50% larger than that of traditional high-frequency welded finned tubes, reducing the volume of assembled equipment by two-thirds.

With a fin thickness of ≤0.5mm, material consumption is reduced by more than 50% compared with traditional high-frequency welded finned tubes. The products feature no wrinkles and are extremely easy to clean, holding a leading position in domestic quality.

We currently have 3 sets of laser welding machines with an annual production capacity of 400,000 meters.
